Six fields. No discovery call before the discovery call. You'll get a reply from a producer who has built the kind of show you're describing — including an honest "we're not right for this" when that's the answer.
Do you take projects under $60,000?
Rarely, and we'll say so quickly rather than stringing you along. Below that number the design and production overhead stops being good value for you — you'd be paying for a process the budget can't use. If that's where you are, take the venue guide, which is free and will genuinely save you money, and we'll point you at someone better suited.
Do you need an RFP to quote?
No. A date, a headcount and a budget range are enough to start. If your procurement process requires a formal response, we'll complete it — including insurance certificates, W-9 and a capability statement — but we won't make you build a document just to have a first conversation.
